Watching her struggle with digital systems - just to do everyday things like banking, paying bills, or even talking to someone - opened my eyes to a larger, growing issue...
My goal is to eventually offer full-time, community-centered tech support that’s accessible to everyone — no one left behind due to cost or complexity.

“I make curry pastes and pickles from home. Ranj helped me setup my USB printer to print wirelessly from any device in the house, made sure that I had WiFi on the whole property by adding these small devices in power-plugs to increase WiFi range, updated my windows, installed patches, and reorganized folders, pictures, and put in added security, and even has now got me using a new browser called Brave. Not only this, he even helped me with my logo, designed & printed labels for my curry pastes, pickles, chutneys, and made my Facebook and Instagram to show my brand and new logos etc. I didn’t know tech could be this helpful. For all this, I paid him with food and a little bit of money I could afford! Next time, I'm paying him full price!”
